Our Living Foods classes offer recipes, demonstrations, hands-on learning, a meal of the dishes we prepare and and opportunity for you to get answers to your questions.
Classes are led by Ama Opare and Safi Toure. Dr. Opare lends his nutrition expertise and commentary and sometimes shares recipes too.
